My father died 7 years ago and left no will for a house in queens which his 2nd wife is currently living in she is not listed in the deed what are my rights

More information is needed. However, if your father died without a Will then his estate is distributed according to a set schedule, which gives the wife the 1st 50K plus half the remainder with the other half going to his children equally. The house would be part of the estate. You might have to ask the Surrogate's court to get involved if it is not already.
