Fences
If a neighbor puts up a new wooden 6' fence is there a rule as to the direction which it faces? Am I supposed to have the post facing my property or the finished side?

Usually there is no rule. It is only customary that the "good side" of the fence faces the neighbor. However, if such a rule exists, it would be local - found in the town or village where you reside.
