Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Me and my ex girlfriend purchased a home together 3 years ago in Whitehall, NY and she left me for another man and moved in with him in July. I am suddenly responsible for making all mortgage, insurance and tax payments. Without her helping with the payments I am in jeopardy of losing the home. We are both on the deed and mortgage, is she obligated to help with the payments?

Yes, if she is on the Note also. Usually the Bank will look to either party, but I need to see the documents to see how they were written.
