Hello,
Last year I had my 1 year lease renewed and told my landlord that I would like to go month to month. He sent me the 1 year lease to sign and it hand an addendum stating that I would give him 60 days notice before moving out.
This lease is up on 3/31/2011. Does this mean that the addendum is up too?
