Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My house was in my husband and his sisters name. My husband had mental and emotional issues and my sister-in-law convinced him to put the house in her name and now she is selling the house and kicking us out. What rights do we have?

You may be able to sue your sister to prevent the sale and claim your husband's half of the house.
