Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I have a house in NY. I am on the deed, my daughter is on the the deed and her ex-husband. She now has a live in boyfriend who has never paid. She stopped paying 3 years ago. Now the boyfriends' mother moved in and she's not paying. What legal recourse do I have? I live in MD.

You can force a judicially ordered sale by bringing an action for partition against your daughter and her ex-husband.

You do not indicxate what agreement was made at the time of purchase as to who would pay what.

Agreed. You cannot evict an owner of the property. You would have to commence a partition action.
