my husband and i been married for 19yrs owned a home for 7yrs my name is not on the deed or mortgage can i do i attatch my marriage certificate to the deed simalar to a quick claim deed without his consent

It sounds like you are thinking about splitting up and what happens when you do. Being married does not automatically entitle anyone to assets. Nevertheless, a home in one person's name alone may be put into "the pot" to be divided by the judge (or via agreement) when you divorce.
