can a mortgage company have two simultaneous judgements by two different attorneys for one mortgage?

Yes, if one is a judgment of foreclosure and one is a judgment for the deficiency (if the property sells for less than the amount of the mortgage plus fees). You should meet with an attorney to determine if the bank was legally entitled to seek a deficiency judgment.
