Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I Paid $1275 to hold an apartment; I was not approved and should have received my refund within 7 days. It has been be almost four months and have not received my refund. What recourse do I have? This is New York City. Thank you

Make a report to the District Attorney: larceny by trick. And sue them in Small Claims, as Arnold suggests.
