I have been parking in a Right of Way for 2.5 years.It is a driveway RIGHT NEXT to my house and no one else uses it. Now the landowner next to me says I cannot use it.It is between my home and his vacant lot. Do I have any rights? There is no place else I can park because of Roads, ditches, and creeks.

You have no rights and you will be considered a trespasser if you continue to park on the other person's property.
