What would a property descrition look like in a quitclaim deed?

what does ''the total dollar value of the consideration paid for the property described herein'' mean?

The same as when it is attached to any other contract regarding real property. It describes the metes and bounds of the property, lists all encumbrances and additional rights attached to the tract, and ideally comes with a plat showing the tract of land.
