Purchase of land

If land was purchased without a legal contract and or notarized, but does have a bill of sale. Is it still a binding contract?

When purchasing property you should use a real estate attorney to ensure the land is legally and correctly transferred to you. If I could be of further assistance to you in any future purchases please feel welcome to contact me.

Re: Purchase of land

A bill of sale is not a contract..and land ownership is through a deed.
