Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I put my dog in a sheltar in June. I legally gave them my dog. The dog has already been adopted. is there anything i can do to get the dog back?

Yes. If the shelter will identify the adopter (not likely) or ask the adopter to contact you. Whether you have any legal right would depend on other facts. You might want to ask a lawyer in person or whom you otherwise have retained.
