Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I put my girlfriend on the deed to a house when we purchased it. she has been contributing a monthly amount for over two years, however the bulk of the finances, improvements etc. have been mine. if we were to split up, what is she entitled to? there is little (if any) equity in the home, and the loan is in my name.

She would probably be entitled to 1/2 equity in the home.
