multiple shares take possession of a loftand the L/L allows them to build a extra bedroom. they all take possession except one. which later on he was to sign on also.

this young man did not want to sign off and decided to make changes useing by-terms taken from the lease to suit his purposes.

a final agreement was made and the leases were notarized. some time later the tennant breaks his lease and moves out and is requesting his fees back.

? my lisc. is under a company and only mentions me and not the firm

for the small claims apperance.

how do i change this to reflex the company to which i work for as the defendant and not just my-self alone

Take original or certified documentation of your "Agent" status to Court with you. Obtain verification that your "employer" has received NOTICE of the pending claim. Anticipate the possibility that you may need to formally file a claim (or a "crossclaim") against your employer, for their defense, appearance or for indemnification.

Please note: if your employer is incorporated a "corporate" director or shareholder or attorney Must Appear to Answer on behalf of the company.
