Who's responsible for the leak?
In an apartment building, the tub has sunk causing pipes to bend below and leaks in the lower floors Who is responsible for the damage, the Co-op shareholder, because the tub is in their apartment; or the Co-op board, because the tub is fixed to the walls of the apartment?

I would think that the Board has the responsibilty at first glance.
