Can I sell a mobile home if the title is in my maiden name?

Yes. Provide the purchaser with a certified copy of your marriage certificate, and make out the bill of sale from your maiden name, "name changed by marriage to" your present name.

I agree with Kevin. You could also say, "married name", formerly "maiden name"
