Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

i am a seller , should i requst going to contract before an engineers report is submitted, Obivously contract will be subject to that report.

You probably should wait until the buyers have the report. Otherwise, you have signed a contract of sale taking your property off the market and the buyers will use anything the engineer finds as an excuse to get the price lower.
