My financial group is being sued, by a # of persons, currently in New York Eastern Court for return of asests. Do I need to file a lawsuit on my behalf to salvage my asests or will court decisions in the other lawsuits offer me protection or some renumerastion

Re: assets and viability

You need to contact an attorney that can assist you in protecting your rights. Depending on a number of factors, i.e. the business structure, the investments, the funding, the assets and the like you may be putting your personal interests at risk by ignoring the actions.

If you wish to discuss the case, you may contact my office. Please provide details via email and a time to speak.

Good Luck, just don't wait to act.

Re: assets and viability

You need to consult a lawyer as soon as possible. You need to have someone review the complaint, prepare an answer and a defense for you and your group. In consultation with that lawyer you can determine what other action, if any, should be taken to preserve your assets.
