Legal Question in Securities Law in New York

Income beneficiary to irrevocable trust

The value of the trust that I recieve income from has dropped in value from $1.6mm to $1.1mm. Bank of America manages the account. With the disbursement of hundreds of millions in bonuses paid to Merrill Lynch execs (owned by B of A), do I stand a chance at recourse?

We would need to know what your risk tolerance and account objectives; when you opened your account; what you were invested in as well as what period of time did your losses occur.
