Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Can I file a sexual harrassment law suit even if it has been five years? I never reported it to the company?

No . . . here in NY you have 300 days from the last event giving rise to your claim to file with one of the administrative agencies here in the City (EEOC, State Human Rights Division or the City Human Rights Commission. You have 2 years from the event to bring your case in State court but not federal.
