LLC member tax liability

If the majority member who was in charge of handing the payroll and taxes of an LLC fails to do the tax witholding for employees is the minority member (less than 10& ownership) liable for this amount?

Re: LLC member tax liability

The company is liable to the IRS and employees, but the company can recover from that member, unless it has released them from liability. Look to your contracts.
