Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

i got arrested for failure to appear in court after getting an aggravated unlicensed operation ticket and an inspection ticket. My license was previously suspended for failure to appear on an imprudent speed ticket after i got into an accident for sliding through a snow and ice covered intersection. anyone have any advice as to what i should do for representation, because i am completely unfamiliar with this process being this is my first time being arrested and facing these charges.

The Aggravated Unlicensed (VTL 511) is a misdemeanor, so you are in criminal court rather than traffic court. Get an attorney! You will have to deal with the previous ticket before you can have any chance of having the 511 Aggravated Unlicensed reduced and to get your license back. You'll also have to pay at least 1 lift fee.
