Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Hi,

I recently received a speeding ticket by the New York State police. The ticket says that it is in violation of NYS V and T law Sections 1180B. Under the description of the violation it states "speed over state limit" It lists that I was doing 76 in a 55 MPH zone. I did not receive a supporting deposition with the ticket, and when the officer pulled me over he stated that when I passed him I was in the midst of slowing down.

What do you recommend, I understand different court houses have different procedure, I have at the Nassau County TVA.

Josh
