Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

NY Speeding Ticket

I got a speeding ticket for going 58 mph in a 30mph zone. This happened in Mount Morris Village in Livingston county in NY. This happened on South Main Street (Highway 36). I have been given a court date in the Mount Morris Village court. What are the implications of this ticket? I have a PA driver license. Should I plead guilty or fight it?

Re: NY Speeding Ticket

If you pleads guilty, this may have an impact on your PA liscense. Also your insurance may double.

You are charged with going 28 miles over the speed limit. This is certainly excessive speed.
