Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

no seat belt

just got stopped for no seat belt for me and 4 yr old how should i plea?know i am guilty but should i ask them to reduce it ?

Plead not guilty. The child seat belt ticket carries 3 points. Neither one is good to have on your record for insurance purposes. Try and get an equipment violation or parking ticket. Always plead NOT GUILTY. It may be reduced atthe court dtae by meeting with the officer there.
