Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

I got speeding ticket for 83 in a 65 zone near Albany, NY. Previous ticket was 16 months ago. Any advice for the course of action to take; and what do you think the outcome of a fine will be if I plead not guilty in traffic court? I have no accidents and a clean record otherwise and a NYSDMV Defensive Driving course certificate. Thank you very much.

You should retain a lawyer to represent you in Court it would greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges or possible dismissal. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
