Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Second speeding violation

Yesterday, i got pulled over on the Prospect Exp. in Brooklyn, for speeding 65mph in 45mph zone. About a year ago i had another speeding ticket, 78 in 55 zone in suffolk county, to which i pleaded guilty. I already took the point reduction course(5 month ago). Is there a way to fight this new violation, and might it be possible for my insurance rates NOT to go up???

Please Help!!

Re: Second speeding violation

Your insurance will not go up if you defend the case and win.

I recommend you engage an experienced attorney in the matter to give you your best opportunity to win.

If you do not choose to hire a lawyer, I recommend you challenge the speed measurement/evaluation and the sufficiency of the prosecution's allegations (does the information address all of the elements of the crime?).

My fee to represent you would be 750 dollars.
