Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Ticket in New York ,live in Pennsylvania
Ticketed in NY in May, received nothing until October.They do not tell me what the amount is and have my birthdate wrong. I don't want to plead until I know what amount of fine.Will my fine show in Pa? Will Pa. suspend my license?

Without more details it is impossible to answer your question. Was the ticket a parking ticket?Was it a moving violation ticket? Was it a criminal court summons? In N.Y. there are cases where an attorney can appear with authorization and resolve these matters without the individual present. I can do this for you possibly.
