Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

I got two tickets in Oneida county, NY and my license was suspend. I was arrested 4yrs later in Queens, NY for driving on a suspended license. I contacted the Oneida Court and payed the fine and plead guilty. My address has since changed. How do I get my license reinstated?

Once you have taken care of the underlying tickets which caused the suspension, you should be able to get your license reinstated from DMV. This assumes no other problems with your license based on points or other issues. You also fail to mention whether you took care of the suspended license charge in Queens (VTL 511). Change of address may be a defense to the knowledge portion of the criminal charge. Good Luck.
