Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

1404 proceeding deposition

During a 1404 proceeding desposition, I gave some incorrect testimony at the very end because I was getting unnverved. I never signed the deposition. During trial, will an attorney give me the chance to rehabilitate my previous deposition testimony so that I can say and clear up what I meant to say?

Re: 1404 proceeding deposition

From your earlier question, it appears that you are a lawyer and can do your own independent research regarding the correction of a deposition. You have the right to append corrections to the deposition and sign it in corrected form.
