Can a 16 year old get a house from her dead mom.? my friend is 35 has full custody of her 16 year old daughter and she owns a house, she just died with no will, can her 16 year old daughter get the house so she has someplace to live.

Yes, but she cannot own it directly since she is a minor. Either it stays in the estate until the daughter becomes an adult, or a Guardian needs to be appointed to hold ownership until she becomes an adult.
