I am the administrator of an estate that includes a car. Can I use the car as a trade in or down payment on another car

I'm not 100% sure I understand the question.

As Administrator, you have to transfer the car to the person who is supposed to inherit it. And then once title to the car is transferred, they can do whatever they want with the car.

As administrator, you can't use the car as a trade-in, because you don't own it in the first place; and second, what dealership is going to want the trouble of figuring out how to get this done? No one.
