Assignment...
As Fiduciary of my mother's estate, I'm ready to close it out. I need ''assignment'' forms filled out by family members who are ''assigning'' their interest in the estate to me. I've been unable to locate this form. Can you help me?

Please specify why your family members are assigning their interests in the estate to you.
My firm can assist you close the estate with the surrogate's court, prepare any necessary estate or estate income tax returns, and prepare any necessary assignment or gifting documentation.
