aunts will in ny probate court
i am a beneficiary in my uncles will, so was my aunt . my uncle died, then my aunt died without a will. her last living relative a brother, my uncle has taken over as executor and now procedings are in ny probate. how do i get a copy of the will from ny probate courts, since i`m a known beneficiary?

Contact a NY attorney to obtain a copy of the will. Typically, as an interested person and beneficiary, you would have received copies of the papers filed in NY; you can then obtain the Court case number and have someone go to the probate court and obtain a copy of the will.
