Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
The executors have opened an estate checking account for my Aunt's estate. My mom is designated beneficiary to her estate; house, bank accounts, life insurance policies, and contents of the house. Should my Mom be getting copies of the monthly statements for the estate checking account they opened?

She'll get a full accounting when the executor is ready to send out the checks and not before.
