trying to find revised will
My grandmother had a peice of land with mobile home on it , her will was never probated so iths still in her name. My parents divorced in 96 and my father took over the property and dwelling. The dwelling went on fire, father passed away in fire nand it was a total loss. My father has 2 brothers remaining and i am the oldest of 4. Im trying to settle everything with what i have but my mother threatens that there is a revised will for my grandmother i only have the original will. How do i find or obtain a copy of the revised will if it exists.

You can proceed to probate the Will in you or possesion. Your mother will receive notification of this and if she has a later Will she is free to present it to the Surrogate's court. The court will determine which of the Wills is valid
