Re: My Grandparents house

You need to find out who is currently on the deed to the house. When you grandparents passed away, did either have a will? If the house is still in your grandparents' name, you are probably entitled to a share of the property. In this case, there will be a few Court proceedings to make clear the current ownership of the house.

Email or call my office for a brief consultation about your case.

Re: My Grandparents house

Sorry for your losses.

It depends on whether your last remaining grandparent had a will or not.

If not, their children inherited the house equally (Dad). Then when they passed on, that share would go to their children (you) if Dad had no will.

However, your grandprent may have left the house to your Aunt (will)OR your Aunt may have bought out your Father's share, if any.

All this info is public record (wills and deeds) and not difficult to acquire.
