Hello!
My upstairs neighbors have stole my package (around 200-340 USD) and are refusing to give it back. Do I have the right to press charges? If you need additional details please contact me at [email protected]

If the package was delivered by the Postal Service, file a complaint with your local post office. The Postal Insepction Service may conduct an investigation and press criminal charges. https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/
If criminal charges do not result in the return of the item, you can sue your neighbors in small claims court.
