Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I live in CT. My parents died in NY. My sister was executor. One died in 2005 One died in 2007. As executor she never gave any paperwork just gave some money no paperwork. Is she responsible to give me copies of what where etc things were taken care of ?

You can make a demand for an accounting of the estate.

I agree, and if she refuses she can be removed from the office. She must presnt full disclosure, but it can be done informally, and by category, not check by check.
