What if any effect will a contrary living trust or will have on ownership as ''Joint tenants with rights of survivorship''?

A person can only transfer property rights that he has.
The deed to the property will establish the ownership rights of each person.
The ownership can be transferred to a trust and the trust will then have the same rights as the person had.
