Maximun Executor Reinbursement

What is the maximum reinbursement for the services rendered by an executor of a will in New York state?

There is no maximum. The executor has to establish that he is entitled to reimbursement for money expended.

The commission payable to an executor, on the other hand, is set by statute and depends on the size of the estate.
