my mother bequeathed me separate property in her estate. the fiduciary let this property go into tax foreclosure as a personal agenda. then they know ask that I pay damages to receive this property that is gone to forclosure

I am not sure what happened, but if the fiduciary acted improperly (which you imply) he can be made to provide restitution to the estate by bringing charges againt hin before the Surrogate. I suggest you retain a local estate attorney to assist you.
