Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
If mother divorced dies has only one son and the father is still alive, the mother has three sisters. Who can legally inheritate the mother. And who get s what part?

If she has a will, the will determines distribution unless the husband is mentioned in a will that predates the divorce. If there isn't a will, the son will inherit everything. If the son is a minor, the court will have to appoint an administator and guardian.
