My mother's house was put in a life estate for me and my 2 siblings. She now lives in assisted living. We are getting ready to sell the house. Can I remove a portion of my share of the eventual sale of the house before we sell it?

I really do not understand your question. If you mean, can your 2 siblings purchase your percentage before the sale, then the answer is yes.

I agree with Mike that your facts are insufficient. If I understand the question, you can do a new Deed that changes or eliminates your interest. This has to be recorded before the sale closing to give effect to any changes you make.
