Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

NY state law

I know it is a law in NJ, but is it a law in NY state for every page of a will to be initialed?

FYI: NJ law does NOT require every page of the will to be initialled.

I am not sure regarding NY law, but I agree with Jon that this is not required in NJ. I have assisted in NY Wills and know some have been probated without each page being witnessed. I suggest checking with a Surrogate's Office in NY as to what is the legal requirement.
