Parent dies without will. My uncle recently died with no will, he has an ex-wife, two adult daughters and one minor child from an outside of marriage relationship? Who is the primary beneficiary?

For which estate? Parents or uncle's estate? For your parent's estate, you and your brothers and sisters would be the beneficiaries. For your uncle's estate, his daughters and minor child would be the beneficiaries.
