power of attorney
Can someone with power of attorney to sell a house*
(owned by both of us), actually make an agreement and
sell the property without the other inking the final
paperwork? *Don't know what the actual agreement was called - if there are different types of ''power''.

When you say, final paperwork, do you mean the power of attorney or the contract of sale and the deed?
