Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

If I probated my dad's will and paid 625.00 (100,000-500,000 of total estate) for the probate but then found out the estate value is more than 500, 000. can I just pay the additional 625.00 when I have to do the reconciliation of assets paperwork or do I have to do the whole private all over again? Please let me know. Thank you for your response.
