How can we be assured that in case of our deaths, that our daughter receives everything we owned without costs, or probate?

Transfer everything you own to a revocable trust and name your daughter as the remainder beneficiary to take everthing when both of you die.

Place all your property in a joint revocable trust with your daughter named as successor trustee and beneficiary.
